Longueville

This much-loved 40-year-old home was ready for a new chapter. While rich in character, it required a thoughtful approach and a reworking of the existing floor plan to better support the owners at this new stage of life. The project involved selective structural redesign of internal walls to improve flow, functionality, and connection between spaces, while enhancing natural light and ventilation throughout the home.

A truly collaborative process, the clients, both a builder and an artist, brought a shared passion for creativity, craftsmanship, colour, and texture. Inspired by their love of travel, colour was used confidently to inject joy and vitality into the interiors, providing a vibrant backdrop for their extensive and beautiful art collection. The result is a rejuvenated, light-filled home that feels both deeply personal and refreshed for modern living and future re-sale.
